Water is good for you, but does adding fruit concentrate make it bad for you?
I've heard drinking lots of water is good to flush out your system, but if I flavour it with concentrated fruit squash, does it defeat the purpose?
Not at all. No added sugar fruit squash or unsweetened juices added to water will not increase the calories and you will still get the same amount of hydration as you would from plain water.
Actually it has now been proven that the amount of dehydration you would lose even from drinking tea or coffee or diet cokes is not significant enough to not count these as part of your 8 glasses of fluid a day recommended intake!
